Checkout Checklist

• Kitchen — Please load any used dishes, add detergent, and start the dishwasher. Toss any perishable food from the fridge; you're welcome to leave unopened, non-perishable items.
• Trash — Empty all trash and put it in the outside bin, then leave the bin at the street. No loose trash, please bag it.
• Linens — Put used linens and towels in the laundry room by the front door.
• Lights & Fans — Turn off all lights and fans.
• Doors & Windows — Please ensure the basement side and back doors are locked. Also, make sure all windows are closed.
• Furniture & Tidy Up — Put furniture back where you found it (inside and outside) and pick up any trash from the home, deck, yard, and dock.
