Occupancy & Guests
- Maximum occupancy is 12 guests at any time (including children).
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors. Unapproved visitors may be subject to a $150 fee.
- No parties or events.
Quiet Hours & Neighbor Respect
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Please keep outdoor noise, music, and lake/dock noise to a respectful level at all times.
No Smoking
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (inside or outside).
Towels
- We do not supply lake towels, so you need to bring your own. Do not take hand or bath towels down to the lake.
- Ruined towels will be billed to you at $10/towel.
No Pets
- No pets allowed (including visiting pets).
Parking
- Park only in the designated parking area/driveway.
- Do not block the road or neighbors' access.
Lake, Dock, Boats & Kayaks
Use at your own risk. The lake, dock, and all water activities are use at your own risk.
- Anyone under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times when near the water, dock, or using kayaks.
- Guests may use the kayaks at their own risk. Wear life jackets and use good judgment.
- Boat tie-up is allowed at the dock. Guests are responsible for securing their boat and for any damage caused by improper tie-up or weather conditions.
- No glass on the dock, near the lake, or outdoors.
Fire Safety
- If you use the grill/fire pit: never leave it unattended and fully extinguish after use.
- Follow any local burn bans or windy-condition restrictions.
Septic / Plumbing
This home is on a septic system. Flush toilet paper only.
- Do not flush wipes (even "flushable"), feminine products, paper towels, or anything else.
Damage & Issues
- Please report any spills, damage, or maintenance issues as soon as they happen so we can address them quickly.
